About me
I am a Lecturer in Artificial Intelligence at the Department of Computer Science, University of Exeter, and a Fellow of the Alan Turing Institute, the UK’s national institute for data science and AI. Prior to that I was a Research Associate at the Turing, working with Prof. Mark Birkin on the Shocks and Resilience project for COVID-19. I obtained both my PhD and undergraduate (1st class) degrees in the Department of Computer Science at University of Warwick.
My research interests lie at the intersection of Machine Learning (ML), Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Spatio-temporal Analysis. I am passionate about developing innovative ML/AI systems and new methodologies to better understand the intricate spatial-temporal dynamics of urban environments. In particular, my work focuses on the modelling, analysis and inference of the complex processes, structures, interactions, and evolution of our cities as they unfold across space and time.
